My sister Michelle has a somewhat demanding job in that it requires a lot of hours, but it's also pretty flexible in that she can work anywhere with cell coverage and internet. She has two baby showers to go to this week so she drove up last weekend, worked here all week, and then will drive home this weekend. She has gotten to spend a lot of time with the kids while she has been here, which has been really great for them to get to know her. They all really like her, but because Joshua is oldest, he really likes talking about her and notices when she is gone. He first called her Shella and then Shell. He hasn't really gotten the full name despite coaching. So he always says, "Where Shell go?" whenever she goes anywhere. I feel like he is going to be disappointed when he discovers she isn't a permanent roommate.
