Today we had a very rare-for-us play date with another family. I met this mom through our Parents-As-Teachers educator. Her kids are 3.5, 2.5 and seven months, so we have really similar ages. We had been trying to get together for awhile, but we are both so busy that it took a few months to find a day, but today was finally that day. It was fun getting to hang out all together and Joshua had a great time and really enjoyed playing with both the older kids. Clara and Hannah didn't really seem to notice the other kids much. Here, Joshua and his similarly-aged friend jump on our jumping chair. Seeing how much he enjoyed playing with other kids made me rethink preschool a little for next year. I had decided not to do it until he was 3, but now I am reconsidering.
