Patient and Quiet

We are soon going to switch Hannah to sleep in the crib in Clara's room, but for now she's still sleeping in her Pack 'N Play.  She's such a good little baby.  When we drove to Florida and back, we could never tell if she was awake or not.  Her carseat is rear-facing, so we can't see her, and she's quiet all the time.  If we stop, we can see that sometimes she's awake and sometimes she's asleep.  But when she's awake she just looks around at her surroundings, taking it all in.  This applies at home too.  She cries only if she's really hungry, if she gets hurt (like Joshua accidentally banging into her), or if we're putting her to bed and she's overtired.  Today, for example, I came downstairs in the morning to get my stuff to go to work.  I grabbed a few things and looked over at the Pack 'N Play to see a little face peering over at me.  Hannah had slept through the night, and it was morning, so she was definitely ready for her bottle.  But she had woken up and just decided to look around and be her normal low-key self, assuming someone would probably feed her soon, instead of crying loudly like most babies would.       Since we have our three kids who are so close in age, it's definitely a blessing for us that she is such an easy baby instead of a demanding one.  It makes our lives so much easier, and we definitely appreciate it.
