Blog Failure

Today was a big day. In the morning I took Joshua and Hannah to the doctor for their 3-year and 12-month checks. That went well. Hannah is still super thin and only in the 6th percentile in weight and 38th in height, and Joshua also is on the small side (17th in weight and 26th in height), but they are both healthy and doing great and, because they are staying in the same percentiles they have been in for awhile, the doctor is not concerned about the size of either kid. After that, we went to Costco where we snacked on samples and I learned that Hannah really likes egg. Then I dropped the kids off at Peg and Ron's (where Clara already was) and ran some errands. Clara wasn't feeling well and had a fever so I went to go pick her up. The Halls were in town on their way to a family reunion in Texas and so stopped here so everyone could drive together. While they were here they got to see the kids, though Clara was not at her best, and give them their birthday gifts. Joshua was super excited about his gifts. He insisted on carrying the very large and heavy bag of gifts from the house to the car and then really wanted to hold his plane in the car.

With so much happening, you might think it would be hard to choose the best photo of all the things we did. But it's like I just forgot we had a blog today or something because I didn't take a picture of anything except these super blurry (my cell phone makes a decent camera in the daytime. In the night, it is wretched) pictures of Joshua in the driveway.
